Day 100 under the Covenant.
Tomorrow is Day 101.
#LockedCowboy
When the work is done.
#LockedCowboy
I know my responsibilities.
#LockedCowboy
I've adapted to the structure.
Protocol is automatic.
My purpose is fulfilled
When I stay inside the container.
#LockedCowboy
Structure doesn’t disappear.
It just softens for a while.
A night out.
A quiet reward.
Then back home.
Back where things make sense.
#LockedCowboy
He said to be ready.
So I am.
Still locked, as always.
#LockedCowboy
Friends stopped by on their way to the rodeo.
I had orders to watch their kid.
I wanted to visit with them.
Sometimes you have to do what you're told, not what you want.
Obedience is required.
#LockedCowboy
progress isn’t built on spikes
it’s built on consistency
#LockedCowboy
Back at the corrals.
Different kind of work today.
Still doing what I’m told.
#LockedCowboy
I thought I was asking for a goal.
Turns out I was asking for structure.
Didn’t expect to like it as much as I do.
#LockedCowboy
This instruction is easy to follow.
#LockedCowboy
Back at the Rodeo.
Clean-up duty tonight.
Some friends passed by, asked me to join them.
Told them I can’t.
They already know.
I’m doing what I was told.
#LockedCowboy #RodeoDays
Worked all night.
Did what was told.
Sir is happy with my service.
Now I get to rest.

Weekend 2
On Shift
Wherever they need me.
Midway, gates, cleanup… doesn’t matter.
Just show up and do the work I'm told to do.
#LockedCowboy #RodeoDays
Ranch work’s done.
Truck’s loaded.
I'm loaned back to the Rodeo.
Another weekend of work.
No complaints from me, but I have no choice in the matter.
#LockedCowboy #RodeoDays
The rodeo might run all week…
but the Ranch never takes a day off.
Feed the horses.
Check the fence.
Then tomorrow it's back to the arena.
#LockedCowboy #RodeoDays
A rodeo cowboy asked me about my collar.
I simply told him it represents my commitment to my Husband and our way of life.
I wonder what would've happened if I had a chance to show him my cage?
#LockedCowboy #RodeoDays
Day 3 — Leaving the Rodeo Grounds
The crowd’s still cheering behind him.
But the Ranch doesn’t take weekends off.
One more stop sign…
then it’s back to work.
#LockedCowboy #RodeoDays
The crowds go home.
The lights shut down.
Then the real rodeo hands sit outside the motel with a beer and a cigarette…
and do it all again tomorrow.
#LockedCowboy #RodeoDays
Couple hours of sleep in a cheap motel room close to the rodeo grounds.
Mornings can be hard.
I really notice my cage waking up alone.
Still locked up like always.
No complaints though.
Just another reminder of who I belong to.
Another long day at the rodeo ahead.
#RodeoDays
#LockedCowboy
Shift started right as the crowds hit the gate
Opening night always brings everyone out.
The men from my Ranch showed up looking sharp tonight.
I just took the ticket, dropped it in the box, and sent them through like everyone else.
#RodeoDays
#LockedCowboy
#RodeoAustin
Opening day.
Long day being volunteered to work the Rodeo grounds.
Barely time to change before my next shift.
My Ranch family will be here soon.
#RodeoDays
#LockedCowboy
Receiving my orders for this afternoon.
Obedience when it's difficult.
Even when I prefer to do something else.
#RodeoDays
#LockedCowboy
Rodeo starts tomorrow.
#RodeoDays
#LockedCowboy
No speeches.
No excuses.
Just the next swing.
#LockedCowboy
No raised voices.
No spectacle.
Quiet correction.
Alignment restored.
Chosen structure.
#LockedCowboy
Off Duty.
Still aligned.
#LockedCowboy
Saturday afternoons.
