In fact, after I shower I'm going to crawl back into bed.

So how can it be that when I'm so sleepy at 8 PM I'm almost falling asleep standing up, but when I go to bed an hour later it takes me 5 hours to finally fall asleep? And then I wake up 3 hours later and can't go back to sleep?
