I'm so glad it helps you! I have a lot of lavender but have never loved drinking it in tea. Lol yeah I keep a lot of herbs on hand for making this and that but only about half of that mix is from my garden/wildcrafted, the rest are from our co op.

Had a sleep study recently so I asked the Sleep Technologist about #watchOS & sleep tracking. He told me it's about 75% accurate. I know it's nowhere near what electrodes stuck to your noggin can reveal, but I'm at least trying to be more conscientious about sleep health #InsomniaSucks
