For me as chronic underweight sitting is painful, even on my chair with 2 cushions, so I prefer to stand while I´m online. I need an extra-soft anti-decubitus matress in my bed too.

#Hypothermia is only one of my countless #SLE #Lupus symptoms, today it´s extreme again, earlier I only measured 35°C/95°F, on other days it´s about 36°/96,8°F.

I´m #LongtimeLupusSurvivor since 1992, my kidney values´re checked regularly, thank God they´ve always been okay so far.
