Began reading this @nytimes #LosingEarth piece. Found legal errors in the second and third lines of the prologue (the #ParisAgreement is part-binding, is not "unenforceable" but has a Rulebook still being negotiated (as did Kyoto), and aims for 1.5C not 2C). Doesn't bode well.
