Even though they’re powerful, rynocs are usually docile until provoked and will avoid crossing paths with other beast tribes and humans. Unlike their neighbors, the rynocs attempt to remain neutral unless threatened; some have even integrated into both Tenshou and Jigoku-controlled lands as workers. Those that have moved into human society are unnatural outliers but have been some of the most intelligent members of the rynoc family, contributing to the vast markets of Tenshou and Jigoku. Those that choose to remain in their wild territories are usually successful at protecting their lands, even having been documented teaming up with humans and elephunks to fight off dragons invading their land. Intelligent, powerful, short, and some may even argue cute, the rynoc is a versatile species and one of Avalon’s most successful. If they continue to evolve in the direction they have been since they were discovered before the flood, then many believe they will eventually fully integrate into human society. One can only hope that these mighty warriors will one day cooperate with mankind.
