Power Plant Operational Status Report November 18 2025 A recent report from Platts has provided an update on the operational status of power plants across several states in the US, including those operated by Luminant, Nebraska's Cooper plant, and Texas Genco's South Texas facilities. As of November 18, 2025, a total of four power plants were operating at full capacity, with no reported changes or adjustments, while Wolf Creek in Kansas is currently running at 80% capacity until a planned 35-day off cycle.
