๐จ๐ฆ #Amazon and #MBNA Canada are charging credit cards, without client knowledge or approval, as soon as their applications are approved. There is no customer service to fix this or means for clients to review charges. Who can I complain to about this?

๐จ๐ฆ Do not apply for an #MBNA #Amazon #CreditCard. #Amazon will start billing the new credit card as soon as you are approved without informing you or ensuring that you are able to ensure that the charges are yours or correct. And,there is no customer service to fix this.

๐จ๐ฆ After an hour on hold, an #Amazon specialist texted to say that there were no unauthorized charges on their #MBNA credit card. I texted back demanding that they reverse all charges that they put on the #MBNA card and put them on my usual payment card.

๐จ๐ฆ Now I'm back on the phone with #Amazon trying to get them to move all charges that they put on the #MBNA card, without my authorization, back to my regular credit card, which U can see, verify and pay. Hopefully they don't hang up on me again.

Kinda funny how #MBNA doesn't advertise that their credit cards support @GooglePay now.
