I just finished #Mother3 & my head is spinning. It's a sequel to Earthbound w/ biting critiques of capitalism & colonialism, though problematic in its portrayals of race & gender-fluidity. There's so much in this game! Heartbreaking & fun & amazing structure & it's meta as all fuck! #miyoo #gaming

The SDL implementation available on #miyoo seems incomplete, so I changed plans and I'm using embedded-graphics instead. For that purpose, I came up with a framebuffer driver for embedded-graphics. It seems to work quite well! Now for sound and input devices. #rust #embedded #linux

has anyone ever tried to run a #uxn emulator on the #Miyoo Mini Plus? Well, there you go.
I'm using Raven, whose GUI I ported to SDL2.0 (rust-sdl2). Sound still doesn't work. Mouse emulation done using the arrows - it's clunky but it works.

8-bit looking Unix shell with SDL error: "No available video device"
Trying to run my code on the #miyoominiplus, but somehow SDL doesn't seem happy. Anybody have a clue? I thought maybe my SDL dynamic lib didn't include fbdev bindings, but now I am relying on the .so the OS is providing, with the same result. #miyoo #sdl #embedded #retrogaming

There's still no Onion OS port on the #Miyoo Flip, which is fine, so far I'm sticking with the stock OS, unless someone has a recommendation. I'm more of a "I just want to play" versus "let me futz with these million settings to get something running" kind of person (most of the time)
