Beautiful conditions. Light Northernly, felt the onshore current tho. Happy with my pace - sitting at av 2:40/100 - but all that’s secondary; the conditions, water & light renew everything.

Big shout out to #MelbourneOpenWaterSwimmingClub #MOWSC for wide range of swimming wetsuits for hire. I was able to trial 2 styles & see which one gave me the compression to the calves l was looking for.
This was me at 5am on Sunday putting the wettie on, for an 8am start.
