MO Propane Bus Grant | Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education The Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education’s (DESE’s) Missouri Propane School Bus Grant is now available for local education agencies (LEAs). The 2024 Missouri General Assembly made $970,000 in funding available for the purchase of qualifying propane-powered buses.

Missouri districts can apply for nearly $1.5M in grants to buy propane-powered school buses.
