I'm pooped, but my heart is full. If you want to make a donation to MS Bike and support my efforts, here's the link: msspbike.donordrive.com/participants...

A black toque with red MS on it.
I got my cozy MS toque today. Just in time for the worst of winter. @mscanadaofficial.bsky.social
Thank you!
(I was prompted to buy one through an insert in my Legion Magazine.)
As soon as I get the OK from my physio, I'll be back on my bike and bugging friends for donations to #MSBike!
If you have loved ones dealing with MS, you know that the struggle is real.
It was a privilege yesterday to photograph #MSBike Windsor and see so many people who were willing to go the distance to make a difference. Hats off to the participants, staff, volunteers, and sponsors.
Yes, that's me on the Freddie Wilson Overpass after I rode up the Bog Rd to Mt Denson as part of #MSBike. I chose this route today because of all the trees and shade and only one major hill (lots of little ones). Now it's shower and nap time if I can manage to take off my socks. #MSCanada
Mel on the left wearing a red shirt and ball cap and me on the right wearing my MS Bike jersey and sunglasses.
Yesterday morning after I completed Day 1 of #MSBike with our bike organizer extraordinaire, Mel. Today I'm doing a variation of the route because 2 days in a row of hills is hard.
An old stone bridge over a stream. The water is so low, most of the rocks in the stream are exposed. Grass and weeds are growing on the top of the wooden planks of the bridge.
Two low-volume waterfall streams fall into a pool of water . Rocks surround the pool and to the top of the 20 foot waterfall. Trees line the far right and left sides.
I had a great ride on the BLT this morning and yesterday a wonderful hike to the falls off the Pockwock Road. Sadly, the water is so low there wasn't much water. Reminder: #MSBike is soon and I'm riding in it. You can still donate: msspbike.donordrive.com/participants...
Thanks!
