If there's nothing else that I do in this life #MSMHMH 5 to 7 is it! Like yeah I self published my first ever book this year & that's cool, dream accomplished ✅ but #MSMHMH 5 to 7 book is going to be different. Anything that I not only create but learn, grow, heal during that 🔥

In 2015 as a senior in college I created this idea of #MSMHMH 5 to 7. Today in 2025 at 31 I realize there's a name for it, not exact because my vision is extreme but now I am low-key obsessed with sabbaticals.

The rest of 2025 is about resting for me and only doing the things that I want to do that reenergize me. IDGAF what else is going on my rest comes first. #MSMHMH 5 to 7
