Paradox Gardens magic card
4 mana (effectively 5 since you have to tap the land itself) to surveil 1 is a pretty horrendous rate, so I can't imagine this cycle of lands sees much play. That being said, the name of this Simic one is top tier.

While I am looking at this card with high caution....I got the give the designers credit of any deck to have minigame channel in...the one with a high portion of X spells to take full advantage of channel is really (bleeping) clever. Wait till someone channels and then cast krasis.
