The Tunnel and Reservoir Plan (TARP) is protecting water quality and mitigating flooding for 3.71 million people. As of 10 a.m., TARP is holding nearly 4.3 billion gallons of water. Breakdown: McCook Reservoir is 92% full (3.2 billion gallons), Thornton Composite Reservoir is 13% full (1 billion gallons), and Majewski Reservoir is 25% full (85.6 million gallons).
