I was so chuffed to be invited to speak at @cripmadsymposium.bsky.social's event #MadCrip2025 today. I talked about all the ways that Latin American critical disability studies have informed my research with families of disabled children in Colombia.
okay so my live posting skills are awful, but the symposium was not! thanks to the organisers and everyone who turned up in-person or online — today was a lovely day of learning and chatting and badge-making! #MadCrip2025 @cripmadsymposium.bsky.social

Our second keynote speaker to finish #MadCrip2025 was Elaina Gauthier-Mamaril speaking on Brokering Crip Knowledge Under Epistemic Domination
