This drink is called 'The Perroquet'
It is traditionally made with Pastis but this was after #absinthe was banned in France in the 1930's.
#MadameAhier was the manager of a West End nightclub called #ThePerroquet in the mid 1920s at a time when absinthe was still very popular.
