Joint committee advances supplemental budget with major DHHS measures, HR1 implementation spending The joint Appropriations committee voted to advance numerous supplemental budget items tied to the Department of Health and Human Services, including a transfer of Riverview psychiatric security to Capitol Police, funding for a youth psychiatric residential treatment facility, Lifespan waiver slots, SNAP error‑rate mitigation and HR1-driven staffing and IT investments.
