I see it as more of a strong argument for more parental and community engagement in their neighborhood public schools. There's a reason the "War on Poverty" laws were for fair wages, housing, and education. #CommunityEducation benefits us all. #MakeLawRight

Good point. We mothers of the No Child Left Behind era objected to military recruiters being granted access to student contact information 1st under Bush – #StudentDataPrivacy ignored & its only gotten worse. We need to demand #SchoolChoice expansion moratorium.
