The experiences I've seen and lived through in local EM have broken my heart.

EM should always be about how we save lives and put our people first. How we serve. People will always come 1st in my career convictions. #LivesOverAlliances

If there was one take away - it was to know their LOCAL office. Plans. Budget. Staff. Operations.
