Organizers of Thursday's #ManchesterRoadRace report that the event has recorded 12,385 entrants. Weini Kelati (below) will be trying for her 5th straight win. That would tie her w/Amy Rudolph for most wins by a woman in Manchester.

Update: Both Dorcus Ewoi and Amon Kemboi of Puma Elite Runing will compete in the #ManchesterRoadRace on #Thanksgiving, organizers said this morning. Ewoi was the 1500m silver medalist at #WCHTokyo25; Kemboi recently won the #AbbottDash5K in NYC.

Update: Organnizers reported this morning that the 2025 #ManchesterRoadRace has nearly reached 10,000 entries. The one-loop, 4.737-mile #Thanksgiving race in Manchester, CT was founded in 1927.
Entries remain open until Nov. 25 at 11:59pm at manchesterroadrace.com
The #ManchesterRoadRace in Connecticut (November) and the AJ Bell Great Manchester Run in the UK (May) have signed an agreement.
The top USA finishers at the U.S. race will be invited to the U.K. event, and the top GBR finishers at the U.K. race will be invited to the U.S. race.
Meanwhile: Registration for the #ManchesterRoadRace opens on Monday, Sept. 1st. The race is one of the country's oldest turkey trots, founded in 1927. Race date is November 27th. Register here: manchesterroadrace.com
