Where I lived at the time (I wasn’t home) as K started her turn N we KNEW she was on the way. Being on the weak side no one expected the amount of surge and tornadoes. It was unreal.

Ida was way worse, wind wise, although surge was ~ a foot less in #MandevilleLA and way less in Slidell.
