Bit of good news today for a change, biopsy I had 2 weeks ago in nasal chamber, not the big C but just an infection☺️ From GP 'fast track referral to result, 4 weeks, again local NHS💙Trust performing well.👍

Fantastic day in #Mardale yesterday with @leeinthelakes. Eye opening to see what we're missing in our #uplands. The high crag gully flora out of the reach of the grazers was seriously impressive. Felt like re-discovering a lost world. Let's have more of this please.
