A small, rusty workboat named Marion S moored off Gordon Promenade at Gravesend, on the River Thames, taken 13 years ago to the day. Landscape format: a yellow mooring buoy and rope to the left, on the right Marion S, a workboat, with a dark blue hull and white superstructure. The boat is rusty, all over. It looks disused. Its reflection shows in the water between it and the shore: 3 seagulls and a swan and a smaller mooring buoy are lined up along the bottom of the frame. The photo was taken with a Fuji 'superzoom', Fujifilm FinePix HS10, a very serviceable little thing that I still have most of (it came apart). I don't know what happened to Marion S, sadly !
