Welcome to #Mashramani 😍 a day to celebrate the Guyanese transition to a Republic in 1970. Today was filled with so much music, color, and JOY - the perfect welcome to #Guyana.

My next 9 days: #Mashramani today in Georgetown, then jumping on small planes 😍 to head into the jungle and set up some remote clinics. Sprinkle in some caiman spotting, jungle canopy sunrises, and river lodges, capped off with a fly-through to Kaieteur Falls.
