John Higgins just kind of faded as today's #MastersSnooker played out. Flashes of brilliance from each player but some cringeworthy mistakes too. Neither were on top form I thought.
Thoroughly entertaining #Snooker final - not the cleanest, best snooker, but fun. Would've liked to see Higgins win, just cos he's my "era", from when I started watching in the mid-1990s, but Wilson's win is deserved - and The Boy will be happy tomorrow; one of his favourite players. #MastersSnooker

I'd find it really distracting that one idiot has turned up to the #MastersSnooker with a top that glows under the lights. But I guess that's just one of the many reasons I'm watching rather than playing.
The BBC are right: there's an incredible wave of Chinese #snooker plays coming through. I always felt that Ding never fulfilled his full potential, but he's inspiring a generation of exciting talent.
