Lupinus polyphyllus, native lupin (in an urban environment it's probably crossed with Russell lupins at some point, but they're a selection on the species). A single spike of the flowers, early in its development - some flowers are open near the base, deep blue and purple, but it's mostly buds, shading from mature deep blue to yellowish breen at the top. Blurry leaves and another spike in the BG.
Matteuccia struthiopteris, ostrich fern. The whole frame filled with mostly-fully-opened fronds, feathery and bright yellowy green.
Myosotis cultivar probably Myosotis sylvatica, forget-me-not. I think these are probably colour sport selections of the species - shown are clusters of tiny pink flowers mixed with clusters of tiny white flowers, both shaped like the standard blue forget-me-nots.
