There's an Altgov starter pack that has people from all government departments. You can go through and follow CDC, etc. Look at @altyellonatpark.org's lists and pacs, I think that's where it is. Also, there's a #medsky? or #medicalbluesky? and a microbiolgy one and I *think* a virology one.

Attention #MedicalBlueSky The CDC has pulled down all their sites that include info on gender identity. This includes diseases like HIV/AIDS. Your patients can't get this important health info from the gov't right now. Let's hope it goes back up after this insane initial purge. #PSA
