Gray text on maroon background Favorite part of your job "I really like that my job involves talking to people in all areas of the library about how they use the Alma (used to check materials in and out, manage e-resources, and keep track of collection purchases) and how they help people use Scholar OneSearch. When I figure out how to solve an Alma problem that the library staff have been dealing with, it's the most triumphant feeling. Getting it to work is great, but it's even better to know that I'm making other people's daily work a little smoother."
