ok i found out how to get a pretty consistent 9999 dmg on beam shots in Metal Bringer lol
mostly used a bunch of ranged Dual Mastery chips and chips that raise Beam shot dmg specifically (in exchange for melee dmg, for example)

I have been enjoying Metal Bringer a lot lately!
It's one of those rare games where it is an extremely crazy grass-cutting mecha action game, but the narrative actually really makes me wanna keep going.
It's a nice pacing between crazy action and calm stops to read documents.
