Mark has created this incredible image by combining the 13th/14th December overnight track-stacks from all four of our #RaspberryPi #MeteorCameras into one all sky picture showing all 2,140 #Geminid #Meteors we caught last night. Absolutely insane! #GlobalMeteorNetwork #UKMeteorNetwork #Geminids

Impressive track-stacks from our #GMN/#UKMeteorNetwork #RaspberryPi #MeteorCameras in #Oxfordshire 13/14 Dec '25. The satellite/aircraft trails are not counted as meteors; they were just in the frame at the same time as a meteor occurred #Geminids #Geminids2025 #MeteorShower #GeminidMeteors

This is what a newly launched batch of Starlink satellites looks like on our #MeteorCameras. All night stacked images are from 21 Sept '25, Oxfordshire, UK. Behind the crud the cameras captured 127 & 160 meteors respectively. Fortunately RMS software is good at filtering out junk

I've just published a video round up of the #meteors captured on DSLR and on our 4 #MeteorCameras on the night of 12/13 Aug, the peak of the #Perseids #MeteorShower. I've included meteor camera images from 3 nights following the peak because rates were still high. Watch here: youtu.be/UWRVPdBlRFw

Wowzers!!! Mark has created an all-sky track-stack of the #Perseids caught on all 4 of our #GMN #MeteorCameras in #Oxfordshire. Over 1,000 #Meteors over the whole night of 12/13 Aug '25. These stacks clear show the #MeteorShower radiant!

Here are the track-stacks from our #GMN #UKMON #MeteorCameras from overnight 12/13 Aug 2025. Despite the moonlight, they captured so many #meteors! Most of them are #Perseids but there are new Kappa Cygnids + sporadics. Dotted lines are aircraft #Perseids2025 #MeteorShower

These are the track-stacks from our 4 #GMN #RaspberryPi #MeteorCameras in Oxfordshire, UK from 9/10 Aug '25. These clearly show which events are #Perseids and which aren't.

I may have had slim pickings overnight 9/10 Aug on my DSLR images, but our #GMN #RaspberryPi #MeteorCameras did much better! These are the all night captured stacks from each of our cameras in North Oxfordshire. Dotted lines are aircraft that were in shot at the same time as a meteor

Huge thanks to Mel Gigg for telling me the #SpaceX #Transporter14 #rocket had passed over last night, leaving a pretty awesome #RocketPlume. We got it on our #MeteorCameras, auroracam & all sky cam. Looks awesome on the videos!

#Sprites above #ThunderStorms over SE UK 13/14 June '25 captured on our #RaspberyPi #GMN #MeteorCameras 180km away in #Oxfordshire. Sprites are a type of upper atmospheric #TransientLuminousEvent that occur very high above thunderstorms #TLE #Lightning #UKStorm
