#MichaelBender & #AlanBlinder at @nytimes.com keep describing Trump’s extortion of universities as “negotiations.” They’ve now become odiously complicit. When you have a gun to your head it’s not negotiations. Their refusal to speak the truth is journalistic malpractice. Do better boys.
