WELP. After buying the book How Not to Die and watching the documentary, I’m officially plant based again. Oh boy. I don’t think anyone should read or watch that isn’t ready to change their life.

I’ve read #MichaelGreger book on the topic covering the risks, benefits, and natural alternatives related to GLP-1 weight-loss drugs like Ozempic including GLP-1 agonists like semaglutide & tirzepatide.

In my whole plant-based household we eat as much & as often as we like/can & we are all slim.

I’d add that we eat our calories & don’t drink them. We also restrict nut consumption to a handful a day & otherwise we eat balanced meals based on the #PowerPlate & #DailyDozenApp from #MichaelGreger.
