On January 12, 2026, a strong storm with sudden, powerful gusty winds struck São Francisco do Sul, on the coast of Santa Catarina State, Brazil.

In the distance under a rather thick cloud cover is the formation of a Dry Downburst forming the wispy semicircular shape of a circle as it moves down towards the water's surface.
