I am setting up my new Windows 11 laptop. I'm sure Windows 11 is "Fabulous?" for the sighted, not so for the blind. PgUp & PgDn is diabled on Webpages. That's no0t all bad, Google & Microsoft can sue them to jump from row to row in tables.
