RCMP Southeast Traffic Services arrests man for Flight from Police RCMP Southeast Traffic Services (SETS) has arrested a man involved in a flight from police in Middle Sackville. On June 11, at approximately 8:09 p.m. an RCMP officer from SETS was doing proactive traffic enforcement on Hwy. 101 when they observed a Hyundai Elantra travelling 181 km/h in a 100 km/h zone. The officer activated his emergency lights and siren and attempted a traffic stop but the vehicle did not stop.

🚓 Man arrested after fleeing RCMP at 181 km/h in Middle Sackville. Driver struck police car, crashed into ditch, and was caught by off-duty officer. Suspected cocaine seized.
