I went for a quick run in #MiddlesexFells and am so incredibly grateful to be able to go outside and into the woods while staying a safe distance from anyone else doing the same.
Getting back into running after a few weeks of nights threw off my schedule is PAINFUL, but 45 degree days full of sunshine and the wonderful #MiddlesexFells scenery makes it so much easier ♥️ 🏃🏻♀️

I came mighty close to getting lost in the dark woods with a dead cell phone, but still so lovely to have a post-hospital-shift sunset walk in #MiddlesexFells. Grateful my 6 week cluster of inpatient service aligns with the longest days of the year!!!
