Instead of Zenos killing himself atop Ala Mhigo, Mid ends up killing him instead. Because Zenos is tied so closely to Shinryu, Mid ends up absorbing Zenos soul and all into his augments, where Zenos essence is ripped apart and integrated. 1/4

(About this AU, this is actually a future bad ending for Midnight. Since part of Mid's lore predated but works perfectly with the XVI story, I looped it back around again and adopted it further into Mid's lore fir XIV.
