When discusssing #MerrickGarland, I think that you made a serious oversight. You failed to consider him in the context of his failed nomination to SCOTUS in Obama’s term. Once #MidnightMitch made the call that Garland was not going to get a hearing, Garland’s nomination couldn’t be withdrawn.

This is on #MidnightMitch or #MitchtheBitch.. None of this would have been in play..
