For the Brazilian Grand Prix I made the messiest cake ever🥴

The BRAZILIAN COCONUT CAKE (BOLO DE COCO) sadly it didn’t turn out perfect but still delicious 😋

I also decided on a red velvet & lemon drizzle (bought from Asda) 😂

So as it’s a later start so
I decided to go with a triple header starting with Quesadillas followed up with Tortillas & Salsa 🤤

For the main #MikesSnacks I went with the Mexican chocolate cake & cinnamon frosting 😋

So for #MikesSnacks for the Grand Prix in Austin USA, I went for the Texas Sheet Cake with added hot fudge icing 😋
Also got a delicious Apple & Blackcurrant crumble cake 🤤
