Right at the top of Diana's forehead is where she somehow has a tiny bit of hair missing.
By going to the "Change Appearance" option, the glitched hair bit was fixed.
Wut?
Diana may be my oldest character who's also visited irradiated zones the most, but she still manages to keep all her hair intact.
This was fixed by just entering "change appearance."

If Emerson talks while you're in your Sympto-matic, you won't be able to move around or even open your map. This happened to me once on Xbox, and I had to close out of the game by using the Xbox menu instead.

The flirty Beckett bug is fixed, but Commander Daguerre has her own bug.
Whenever Emerson Hale appears and speaks, the camera will automatically pan to him. It can even cut you away from building in your CAMP or worse...trap you while you're in a Sympto-matic.
