#milkv duo module $10... Now I need to design a board to solder this thing on. Maybe I can get FlexyPins from @solder.party ... they seem to work well with castellated boards like this.

I ordered one of these #milkv Duo modules, didn't know they existed until relatively recently. Should be a lot easier than interfacing to a bare SG2002 but at least it will allow me to build my own power/battery circuitry without fighting with the regulators on a Duo-S board. #riscv #handheld

And we have lift off, got #Xonotic working on my #RISCV #RISC_V board, latest #ubuntu release that's supposed to go onto a HiFive Premier P550 works so much better the the provided image be #MilkV ,only downside can't clock the SoC up to it's possible 1.8 GHz with that and fan is annoying as fell.

I just got llama2.c running on the Milk V Duo. Compiled using the offical Milk V toolchain. Used the smallest stories15M model and took about 10 minutes or so (I didn't count) to generate.

Terminal running wasm3 on Milk V Duo. Running cow says, saying "Hello from the MilkV Duo. I am running on risc-v."
I just got Wasm3 running on the Milk V Duo. Used the defualt wasm3 example and make file. Just setup the offical Milk V toolcahin and ran make.

Progress was made, finally got my AMD GPU properly working on my #MilkV #Megrez, and #Blender even works pretty ok on this #RISC_V #RISCV #RISC-V board. Next I will put #Xonotic on a test, just need to compile it. #OpenArena from the repos sadly segfaults.

Probably I'll start with a sandwich case design for the #MilkV #RISCV handheld computer. I used the technical drawings from #Adafruit and @/arturo182.bsky.social's resources on the BBQ10KBD and cross-checked with my own caliper measurements of the actual things. 2mm thick acrylic should be good.
Adafruit Sharp Memory Display driven by an FT232H.
So I finally got the #Adafruit Sharp Memory Display to work. Initial test using CircuitPython with an FT232H USB board. Next I'll try to port the SQFMI Linux framebuffer driver for this display to the #MilkV Duo S.
So the schematic for my handheld computer is taking shape... It seems that a CH32V003 has exactly enough pins to control a Blackberry Q20 keyboard with a 74HC595 to help. With the #MilkV Duo S as the main SBC, it looks like this is going to be #RISCV machine all the way.
