#MishapMonday answer: Partial Ligation! Since some students got ligation, the reagents are working, but ligation requires at least 15 minutes at room temp. Since the class was running late, some students likely didn’t have time to let the reaction run fully.

#MishapMonday! A class was rushing to finish Lab 3 before the bell. When the students analyzed their Lab 4/4A gels the next day, some got #ligation, some got partial ligation, and some got none! What might explain this? Answer tomorrow.
