Yet, the Serbian #warcriminals #Milosevic, #Mladic & #Karadzic thought they could commit those crimes with impunity, but all ended up before the ICTY (the Yugoslavia Tribunal), a precursor to the #ICC. Milosevic died during the trial, the other two were convicted.
