Our 10 PhD students are working hard on the model and characterisation and finally enable (we aim to) product prediction of #terpene synthases. Together with some really cool people we will dive into carbocation #chemistry.
Safa, a PhD student with Tomas Puskal lab presented his ideas for product prediction from TPSs. Part of #modbioterp funded by EU at the #terpnet2025. No results yet, so come back to #terpnet2027 in Amsterdam.
