Agree with all that. There's so much to hate about #Modernfootball and relatively little to like. I don't know that I'd fall in love with the game if I was a kid today. It was such a beautifully simple sport.

Bookings for celebrations are one of the truly lousy aspects of #modernfootball The only possible exception is if they're deliberately looking to rile up opposition supporters, but even that's debatable. Like VAR ruining goal celebrations, all the joy is being sucked out of the game.
