I watched the #MOFY episode "Schooled" (S4E2), which made me think about each character's MBTI. I see Mitch as an NT, or intellectual; when Cam was fired up at the other parents, Mitch was logical and tried to be friendly to salvage the relationship between parents for the sake of their children.
