Second batch of #MolassesCookies in the oven. I ate the remains of the dough out of the bowl and the cookies will be spicy! Strong as gouge spicy, tho' "strong as gouge" is actually mainly used for strong coffee, LOL. I put extra ginger and cinnamon in the cookies. And used ribbon cane syrup.

I'm waiting for the oven timer to go off so I can check to see if the first batch of #MolassesCookies are ready!
