Room-temperature quantum resources in (Et₃NH)[Ni(hfac)₂L] studied via negativity, MIN, and l₁-norm coherence. Entanglement vanishes above 550K, but coherence and measurement-induced nonlocality persist beyond 600K, surviving strong magnetic fields.
