TAC approves three TIP amendments, reallocates federal funds to West 2nd Street The Technical Advisory Committee approved three Transportation Improvement Program amendments on Jan. 28, moving High Street to fiscal year 2027, reallocating about $490,000 in federal MPO funds to West 2nd Street, and adding INDOT sign-installation and an SR 45 small-structure replacement to the TIP.
